Replacement Degree Certificate


All students receive a degree certificate once they have graduated. A replacement degree certificate can be ordered if yours has been lost or destroyed at a cost of £40 (please note this is restricted to one per customer).

To apply for the issue of a replacement certificate, all relevant sections of the application for a replacement degree certificate need to be completed and returned to the address as shown on the form.

Please note – applications will not be processed until the application form has been completed and returned and payment has been made. 

If you do not send a copy of your application within 5 working days of your order, your order will be cancelled and refunded to you. Please send this to Student Records [email protected]

If you also require a replacement Diploma Supplement, you will have to request this separately.

Please note – once we have received your completed application and payment there is minimum 14 day turnaround in the case of UK applications and for overseas applicants a minimum of 21 days.

Included is Royal Mail Postage within the UK or Royal Mail International for EU and Overseas.

If you wish to have your replacement certificate sent by courier there is a £50 charge and it can be added to the basket below, it will be applied at checkout.

If you are also purchasing a replacement diploma supplement at the same time the courier charge will only be applied at checkout once.
