*Please be aware that Electronic copies can be accessed free of charge through the MAP portal (for up to 3 months after you have completed your studies)*

This product is only if you require a stamped hardcopy/scan of your award letter following completion of your studies.

The first copy is £10 and each subsequent copy is an additional £1. Included is tracked postage within the UK and International for EU and Overseas.

If you are also purchasing a certified copy of other items via a Courier then the postage will not be applied twice.  Please contact student records at [email protected] if you require a refund for postage.

The envelope seal will be stamped as part of this service.

A photocopy/scan of your Certificate supplied by you is certified as a copy of the original. The first copy is £10 and each subsequent copy is an additional £1.

If your original certificate has been lost or destroyed you will need to purchase a replacement certificate. The only original copy of your certificate is issued to you at the time of your graduation.

If your original Diploma Supplement has been lost or destroyed you will need to purchase a replacement Diploma Supplement. The only original copy of your Diploma Supplement is issued to you at the time of your graduation.

If you are also purchasing a certified copy of the degree certificate at the same time please note the charge will only be applied once for the courier. Please contact student records at [email protected] if you require a refund for postage (if applicable).

Please note that Diploma Supplements are only available to postgraduate students who graduated after March 2009 or undergraduates graduating between March 2009 and July 2016.

All students receive a degree certificate once they have graduated. A replacement degree certificate can be ordered if yours has been lost or destroyed at a cost of £50 (please note this is restricted to one per customer).

To apply for the issue of a replacement certificate, all relevant sections of the application for a replacement degree certificate need to be completed and returned to the address as shown on the form.

Please note – applications will not be processed until the application form has been completed and returned and payment has been made.

Please note – once we have received your completed application and payment there is minimum 14 day turnaround in the case of UK applications and for overseas applicants a minimum of 21 days.

This product is accepted by World Education Services (WES) in New York(USA) and Canada. Please check the requirements with other Overseas organisations prior to ordering.

This pack contains:
A Certified confirmation of award letter, a Final transcript* a Certified photocopy of your degree certificate, and a copy of your Diploma Supplement (for Postgraduate only).
*if your study was before 2001 we may not have your transcript details. We'll issue a statement in the package explaining this.

Please include your Reference number for WES in your order. Once you have purchased your WES package, please send:

1) A scanned copy of your certificate as a PDF within 5 working days.
2) Your WES International Transcript Request Form complete with WES reference number

These must be sent to [email protected], as we cannot send your document to WES without this.

This package is charged at £40 (including VAT). Please be advised this product will be sent electronically as well as through post.  Tracked postage is offered free of charge.
