The Student Lockers are provided Free of charge. A returnable deposit of £20 is payable in advance.

Detailed Description

Lockers are intended primarily as a convenience for the temporary storage of textbooks, and articles of outer clothing such as coats. Lockers are allocated on a first come first served basis, with priority being given to students who live off campus and commute in to the University daily. By commute we mean students that live over 4 miles away from the B4 7ET postcode. Students who live closer to the University will be added to the waiting list.

Lockers numbered 1-40 are located in MB561 and lockers number 41-80 are located in MB563.

Free service with a returnable deposit

The lockers are provided free of charge. A returnable deposit of £20 is payable in advance on the Online Shop. The deposit will not be returned if they key is lost; the key is returned late (see duration below), if a replacement lock is required, or if the University incurs any other expense as a result of misuse or any other action. The deposit will be repaid in full once the key has been returned to the Hub Reception and the locker has been checked by a member of staff. The deposit will be refunded through the Online Shop to your bank account.
